We will be serving the following:
Course #1 Beer Cheese Soup paired with Surly Furious.
Course #2 Thick Slow Cooked Short Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy paired with Surly Fest Dry Hopped Rye Lager
Course #3 Honey Glazed Salmon and Asparagus paired with Surly Cynic Belgian Style Pale Ale; and
Course #4 Summer Berry Stack Dessert paired with William Tell Apple Cider.
There will be beer vendors providing helpful information on proper beer pairings.
Tickets $40 includes tax, tip all food and drinks.
